Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RC3H1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RC3H1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RC3H1 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RC3H1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RC3H1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
