Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RC3H1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,680 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RC3H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP1, SCGB3A1, and LILRA4. Each is linked with RC3H1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RC3H1-to-partner and partner-to-RC3H1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RC3H1 versus TCP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RC3H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RC3H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
