Across TCGA cell cohorts, RC3H1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,707 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RC3H1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with RC3H1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RC3H1-to-partner and partner-to-RC3H1 results are reported.
