Across TCGA cell cohorts, RC3H1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RC3H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCTR, FSHB, and GP9. Each is linked with RC3H1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RC3H1-to-partner and partner-to-RC3H1 results are reported.
