RBPMS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBPMS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,637 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBPMS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, MCAM, and LAMA4. Each is linked with RBPMS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBPMS2-to-partner and partner-to-RBPMS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBPMS2 versus FERMT2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBPMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBPMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
