Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBPJP7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RBPJP7 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RBPJP7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBPJP7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, BLCA, and ACC are the cancer types where RBPJP7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
