Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,207 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NID2, CAVIN2, and CD36. Each is linked with RBP7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP7-to-partner and partner-to-RBP7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBP7 versus NID2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
