RBP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND5P33, GPX6, and ATF1P1. Each is linked with RBP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP7-to-partner and partner-to-RBP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND5P33 grouped by RBP7-low versus RBP7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
