Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,540 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBP7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile, mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions. Each is linked with RBP7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP7-to-partner and partner-to-RBP7 results are reported.
