Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,599 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM47, FALEC, and OR2L8. Each is linked with RBP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP4-to-partner and partner-to-RBP4 results are reported.
