Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 119 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-207P, MTCYBP31, and SLC6A14P3. Each is linked with RBP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP4-to-partner and partner-to-RBP4 results are reported.
