Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,815 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO1, ADNP, and LRWD1. Each is linked with RBP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP2-to-partner and partner-to-RBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBP2 versus XPO1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
