Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,607 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC14A, CXCR2, and AKR1C1. Each is linked with RBP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBP2-to-partner and partner-to-RBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBP2 versus CLEC14A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
