Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBMY2TP RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RBMY2TP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher RBMY2TP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBMY2TP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and READ show a favorable association.

THYM, BLCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where RBMY2TP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
