RBMY1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBMY1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMY1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPTE, MICAL3, and CCDC9B. Each is linked with RBMY1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMY1B-to-partner and partner-to-RBMY1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPTE grouped by RBMY1B-low versus RBMY1B-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMY1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMY1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
