RBMY1A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBMY1A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 228 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMY1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKK1, ATP4A, and CRYBG1. Each is linked with RBMY1A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMY1A1-to-partner and partner-to-RBMY1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKK1 grouped by RBMY1A1-low versus RBMY1A1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMY1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMY1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
