RBMXL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMXL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,103 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMXL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCTD9, FIG4, and TCTN3. Each is linked with RBMXL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMXL2-to-partner and partner-to-RBMXL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCTD9 grouped by RBMXL2-low versus RBMXL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
