RBMXL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBMXL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 259 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMXL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA1C, SLC9C1, and AQP12A. Each is linked with RBMXL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMXL2-to-partner and partner-to-RBMXL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCA1C grouped by RBMXL2-low versus RBMXL2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMXL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMXL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
