Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBMX2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBMX2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RBMX2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBMX2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and BRCA are the cancer types where RBMX2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
