RBMX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,395 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF6, PBDC1, and CUL4B. Each is linked with RBMX2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMX2-to-partner and partner-to-RBMX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBMX2 versus PHF6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
