Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,742 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBMX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMER1, HELLS, and FOXM1. Each is linked with RBMX2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMX2-to-partner and partner-to-RBMX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBMX2 versus AMER1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
