RBMX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,941 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1231, SRSF6P1, and CYB5AP4. Each is linked with RBMX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMX2-to-partner and partner-to-RBMX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1231 grouped by RBMX2-low versus RBMX2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
