RBMX2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMX2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ERK2, and JNK2. Each is linked with RBMX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMX2-to-partner and partner-to-RBMX2 results are reported.
