RBMX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,136 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, BCLAF1, and TCERG1. Each is linked with RBMX in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMX-to-partner and partner-to-RBMX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBMX versus HNRNPLL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMX→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
