Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,719 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBMX-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIGM, MS4A4A, and F13A1. Each is linked with RBMX in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMX-to-partner and partner-to-RBMX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBMX versus PIGM in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMX→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
