RBMX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,384 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMX-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD30, C19orf47, and RNU6-34P. Each is linked with RBMX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMX-to-partner and partner-to-RBMX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD30 grouped by RBMX-low versus RBMX-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMX→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
