RBMS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,155 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGCD, CNRIP1, and ILK. Each is linked with RBMS3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMS3-to-partner and partner-to-RBMS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBMS3 versus SGCD in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
