RBMS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBMS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,807 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCN1, ARHGAP31, and GPX8. Each is linked with RBMS3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMS3-to-partner and partner-to-RBMS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBMS3 versus CCN1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
