Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBMS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,588 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBMS3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of post-translational protein modification, Actin filament depolymerization, and Aorta smooth muscle tissue morphogenesis. Each is linked with RBMS3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMS3-to-partner and partner-to-RBMS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of post-translational protein modification grouped by RBMS3-low versus RBMS3-high in LIVER.
