Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,980 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBMS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMP3, SGIP1, and CALD1. Each is linked with RBMS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMS2-to-partner and partner-to-RBMS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBMS2 versus TIMP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
