RBMS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,812 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are QRSL1, RNA5SP367, and KATNA1. Each is linked with RBMS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMS2-to-partner and partner-to-RBMS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, QRSL1 grouped by RBMS2-low versus RBMS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
