Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBMS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,526 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBMS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hippo signaling, Regulation of actin filament organization, and Membrane raft assembly. Each is linked with RBMS2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMS2-to-partner and partner-to-RBMS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of hippo signaling grouped by RBMS2-low versus RBMS2-high in BONE.
