RBMS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,584 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCL, PDLIM7, and CAV1. Each is linked with RBMS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMS1-to-partner and partner-to-RBMS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBMS1 versus VCL in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
