Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,931 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PMEPA1, CD248, and MYL9. Each is linked with RBMS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMS1-to-partner and partner-to-RBMS1 results are reported.
