RBMS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,598 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAPK3, FLNA_T2599, and LGALS1. Each is linked with RBMS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMS1-to-partner and partner-to-RBMS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBMS1 versus DAPK3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
