Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,392 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM8A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, GATAD2B, and ANP32E. Each is linked with RBM8A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM8A-to-partner and partner-to-RBM8A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM8A versus RPRD2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
