RBM8A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM8A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,968 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DKC1, DTL, and UBE2T. Each is linked with RBM8A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM8A-to-partner and partner-to-RBM8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM8A versus DKC1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
