Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM8A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and ERK2. Each is linked with RBM8A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM8A-to-partner and partner-to-RBM8A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by RBM8A-low versus RBM8A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
