Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,821 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM8A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosome conformational change to release U4 (or U4atac) and U1 (or U11), Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with RBM8A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM8A-to-partner and partner-to-RBM8A results are reported.
