The most reproducible RBM8A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Metanephric proximal tubule development, Ganglioside catabolic process, and Regulation of amyloid fibril formation. Each is linked with RBM8A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM8A-to-partner and partner-to-RBM8A results are reported.
