Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBM7 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RBM7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and LIHC are the cancer types where RBM7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
