Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,249 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hippo signaling, Ether catabolic process, and Glycerol ether catabolic process. Each is linked with RBM7 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM7-to-partner and partner-to-RBM7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of hippo signaling grouped by RBM7-low versus RBM7-high in BONE.
