Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,279 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX17, NISCH, and LUC7L3. Each is linked with RBM6 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM6-to-partner and partner-to-RBM6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM6 versus DDX17 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
