RBM6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,672 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B, QRICH1, and CSTA. Each is linked with RBM6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM6-to-partner and partner-to-RBM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM6 versus TOP2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
