Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,279 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS26A, ACOT9, and DCTN4. Each is linked with RBM6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM6-to-partner and partner-to-RBM6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VPS26A grouped by RBM6-low versus RBM6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
