Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 444 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCAT, HSCB, and CBY1. Each is linked with RBM6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM6-to-partner and partner-to-RBM6 results are reported.
