RBM5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,328 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EP300, ACIN1, and PNN. Each is linked with RBM5 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM5-to-partner and partner-to-RBM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM5 versus EP300 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
