The most reproducible RBM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRP9, WDR82, and POC1A. Each is linked with RBM5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM5-to-partner and partner-to-RBM5 results are reported.
