Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,577 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR182, ANP32BP1, and RNU6-249P. Each is linked with RBM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM5-to-partner and partner-to-RBM5 results are reported.
