RBM4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,133 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF594, RFX7, and CEP97. Each is linked with RBM4B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM4B-to-partner and partner-to-RBM4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM4B versus ZNF594 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
